Cyrilika Slavic Chamber Choir
January 2, 2018

The Events is coming up and that means it is time to showcase our choirs!

We have one choir performing twice, and that is the Cyrilika Slavic Chamber Choir who will be joining Pi at the Russian Hall on January 24th and 26th!

Cyrilika was established in 2012 as a way to find a place for music from Slavic countries to have a home in Vancouver. They long to promote the Slavic cultural heritage through the art of choral singing, with the hope of bringing communities together and promoting multiculturalism - something that Pi strongly believes in too! Pi's 2018 PuSh Picks!
December 20, 2017

Vostok and Friends
December 20, 2017

The Events is coming up and that means it is time to showcase our choirs!

Our next choir is one that has grown just for The Events, and that's Vostok and Friends!

Normally a trio of incredible singers performing music from Eastern Europe and the Balkans, Vostok has added a few people to their group so that they could be a part of this production. Vostok means The East, and they represent Eastern European music in East Van! Vostok's songs take the listener from bliss to despair and back again.

Take a listen to some of their work by clicking here, and check them out at The Events on January...
