Come on down to the brand-new Little Mountain Gallery for a night packed with phucking phunny stand-up comedy and improv by some of the funniest folks in town. We can't wait to laugh with you!

Be one of the first to see this amazing new comedy venue in the heart of Gastown. Choose your own adventure! Stay for one show, two shows, or all three. The more you see, the cheaper the ticket!

The stand-up shows are curated and hosted by local comic and actor Kwasi Thomas. The 7:30pm show features emerging local talent Sean McDonald, Eden Kaminski, and Sahara Bayley. At 9pm, local comedy royalty Gavin Clarkson, Katie Ellen Humpries, and Ryan Williams take the stage!

To round off the night, Jeff Gladstone and the folks at Tightrope Impro Theatre bring us their hit improv show F*ck Marry Kill.

The bar will be open all evening, you're free to hang out between the shows, and grab a drink any time!

THE SCHEDULE

9pm - 10:15pm -> Move downstairs to LMG's brand new theatre for a show featuring the talent of some of Vancouver's foremost stand-up comics: Gavin Clarkson, Katie-Ellen Humphries, and Ryan Williams. Tried and true, these comics are sure to make you laugh! Tickets available HERE.

10:30pm - 11:45pm -> Tightrope Impro's hit show F*ck Marry Kill, a long-form improvised story of love, sex, and murder, is gut-bustingly hilarious and the perfect way to end your Saturday night! Grab your tickets HERE!

THE TALENT

Kwasi Thomas - Stand-up host and curator

Sharing personal stories and provocative opinions, Kwasi Thomas is a crowd pleaser across the country. From Montreal's ComedyWorks and ComedyNest to BC's Thriving local circuit and countless independent tours, Kwasi spends a healthy portion of his life on stage. He has represented Montreal at the Just for Laughs Homegrown Competition as well as the Best of the Fest Showcases. Kwasi can also be found lending performances in Vancouver filmed television shows such as Lucifer, No Tomorrow, Altered Carbon, Motive and TV movies Disney's Adventures in Babysitting and Unbreak My Heart: The Toni Braxton Story.

Eden Kaminski - Comic, 7:30pm show

Eden Kaminski is a Comedian based inVancouver. Her comedic style is as whimsical as it is thought provoking. Onstage she forms an instant connection with audiences while covering her wildpast, obscure observations, and ongoing transformations. She has performedacross BC, Toronto & Seattle; in 2022 she was a finalist for BC's NewFunniest Female Comic.

Sahara Bayley - Comic, 7:30pm show

Sahara Bayley is an accomplished Vancouverbased improvisor and stand up comedian. A cherished, admired, hot member of theBlind Tiger house team "Cool Mint" improv team, and producer of herown show, affectionately named, the "Sahara Show".

Sean McDonnell - Headliner, 7:30pm show

McDonnell is a rising star in the Canadiancomedy scene with his energetic storytelling and goofy observations, noted inthe release. Hailing from Vancouver, McDonnell signed with 604 Records at 22years old. His debut comedy album, All in My Head, went to No. 1 on iTunes.

Gavin Clarkson - Comic, 9pm show

Gavin Clarkson spent his childhood up northin the Yukon before moving to the big city of Vancouver, where he attendedschool to become a scientist.  Schooltaught him he was bad at maths but good at laughs and he quickly became anaudience favorite in the Vancouver comedy scene.  He has since made appearances at the Just forLaughs Northwest Comedy Festival, the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, theYukon Comedy Festival and on CBC’s The Debaters.  Gavin mixes his small-town charm with hisrelationship to the big city in a style that’s fun, endearing, and remarkablyself-aware.

Katie-Ellen Humphries - Comic, 9pm show

Katie-Ellen Humphries is a standupcomedian, writer and sketch performer whose comedy has been featured on CTV,CBC Television, CMT, APTN and OUT-TV and whose comedy album Ladyfinger debutedin the top of the charts on iTunes/Apple Music in 2020. With a sensibility that falls somewherebetween the library and the locker-room this performer has become a favouriteof audiences across Canada and the U.S., including regular appearances on CBCRadio’s The Debaters where she has also worked as a writer and AssociateProducer. Katie-Ellen is also a 3-time CanadianNational Open Water 5k Swimming Champion. That’s unrelated to comedy, but itexplains the shoulders.

Ryan Williams - Headliner, 9pm show

"Blunt, hyper, agitated anddistinctively hilarious" - The Interrobang

Ryan Williams is one of Canada’s mostexciting comics. His energetic performances, coupled with sharp material, makehim a performer not to be missed. His Debut album “Manual Labour of Love” wasreleased by Comedy Records and went #1 on the iTunes Canada Comedy charts. Ryanhas appeared at Just for Laughs New Faces 2023, The New Wave of Comedy on CBCGem, CBC Radio’s The Debaters and Laugh Out Loud, The Winnipeg Comedy Fest,Just for Laughs Vancouver, Just for Laughs Toronto, JFL 42, JFL Northwest, GrindstoneComedy Fest, The Drew Mclean Comedy Festival, was a finalist in Sirius XM'sCanada's top comic and was featured on JFL Northwest's best of the westcompilation album.

Tightrope Impro Theatre - F*ck Marry Kill: The Improv Show

Get ready for a wild night of outrageous improvisation as we play the infamous game “Fuck Marry Kill” live on stage. Long form comedy improv with a killer twist.  

Four friends gather at a remote location to relive their glory days. But secret desires are brewing under the surface. By the end of the day, there will be love, sex, revelations, a wedding, and at least one murder.

  • Single tickets are available for each show for $25 (including service fees). If you're only wanting to come to one show, make sure you've selected the right performance! Individual shows are linked above in THE SCHEDULE.
  • If you want to stay for two shows or all three, you can buy your tickets through any of the event pages, just make sure you're purchasing the right time slots if you're only attending two out of three!

  • The shows will start promptly. Late comers are welcome, although we encourage folks to arrive ahead of time to ensure the best experience for all.

  • The 7:30pm show is unfortunately not wheelchair or mobility devise accessible. LMG is in the process of putting in a lift, but it will not be operational by May 4th.
  • The stabnd-up performances are low-vision friendly.
  • Due to the nature of stand-up and improv, we are unable to provide detailed content warnings. Audience members are welcome to leave at any time or take a break if needed.
