Marina is an emerging director, deviser and performer living on unceded Coast Salish Territory. She is currently completing her BFA in Theatre Performance at Simon Fraser University. Her practice is rooted in queering/breaking form and jumping between genres as well as inviting audiences to consider pleasure, pain, indulgence and mess. Her most recent projects include: adaptation and direction of The Levee and An Oblation by Taylor Mac, dramaturgy and stage management of Tadpole: The Last Episode by Eddy Van Wyck and co-direction of notnothamletmachine, a devised adaptation of Heiner Müller’s Hamletmachine.
