Dear Pi Theatre Members and Friends,

We invite you to join us for thePi Theatre (Pink Ink Theatre Productions Association) Annual General Meeting, which will take place at the Pi Theatre offices at the Vancouver Opera production facility located at 1945 McLean Drive in Vancouver.

Friends of Pi Theatre are welcome to attend the AGM and all members are entitled to vote. We encourage you to register in advance to join our AGM (which is also our holiday season cocktail party). We’d love to know you’re coming. It will help us keep enough ice cold!

Together we will look back on the work we did in the 2024-25 season, and give you a taste of what's to come for the rest of the next year.

Pi memberships are only $5 and can be obtained by hitting the ticket button above, or at the door. In order to vote in the AGM, you must have an active membership.

Attendees receive one complimentary festive cocktail and the bar will be open all evening. We'll have snacks, music, and plenty of time to chat with Pi staff and artists! 

All AGM materials will be sent to registrants via email by Monday, December 1, 2025, including a Zoom link for those who wish to attend the meeting virtually.

To be eligible to be a Director, a person must at the time of the nomination be a member in good standing of the Society.
